01. What the app does
Sleep On Reels is an Android utility by Shabk Dev. On supported Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts screens, it responds to a period without interaction, displays a warning, and attempts to pause playback. If you enable screen locking, it first attempts and verifies a pause.
The app responds to inactivity. It does not determine whether you are asleep, measure sleep quality, or provide medical advice.
02. Your choices and permissions
Enable the app only on a device you own or are authorized to manage. Review the app’s settings and Android permission disclosures before enabling it.
You control the timer, warning, optional bedtime hours, and optional screen lock. The default action is Pause only. You may disable accessibility access through Android settings or uninstall the app.

03. Compatibility and limitations
The app requires Android 9 or later. The Shorts visual check requires Android 11 or later. Recognition is limited to tested app versions and verified screens, and behavior can change when Android, Instagram, or YouTube changes.
Unknown screens are left alone. A pause or lock is not guaranteed to succeed. Device settings, power management, permissions, and other apps may affect the result.
Do not rely on Sleep On Reels for emergency communication, a safety-critical task, or any situation where a missed pause or an unexpected interruption could cause harm.
04. Independent from other apps
Sleep On Reels is an independent app by Shabk Dev. References to Instagram, Reels, YouTube, and Shorts describe intended compatibility. They do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with their owners.
Your use of other apps remains subject to those services’ own terms and policies.
05. Updates to the app and these terms
Features and supported screens may change as the app develops. These terms should be reviewed alongside any material change before being published as a final agreement.
